Shipping policy
International Shipping Information (Worldwide, excluding EU)
- Shipping to Member States of the European Union (EU) is excluded and not offered.
- Switzerland: Shipping is carried out securely by post or freight forwarder. In the event of a voluntary return within 14 days, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.
- USA & Rest of the World: We ship our artworks worldwide (with the exception of EU Member States). Please note that international orders outside of Switzerland are not eligible for return or exchange (All Sales Are Final).
- Customs Notice for International Buyers: All prices in our shop exclude local customs duties and taxes of the destination country. Once your artwork arrives in the destination country (e.g. the USA), customs fees or import taxes may apply. These must be paid directly by the recipient to the shipping carrier or customs authority before the package can be delivered.
- Processing time for shipping is a maximum of 3 days. Delivery time for your package is typically between 3 and 10 days, depending on the destination country.
Important note regarding shipping options for oversized artworks:
To ensure your new artwork arrives safely and under the best conditions, I offer two shipping options for oversized pieces (larger than 80 cm / 30 inches):
Rolled in a Tube (Canvas Only, free shipping);The original painting is carefully removed from its wooden stretcher bars and shipped securely in a heavy-duty mailing tube. This option is highly cost-effective for worldwide shipping, as it completely avoids expensive freight forwarding fees. Upon arrival, you can easily take the canvas to a local frame shop in your area to have it re-stretched.
Stretched on Frame (Ready to Hang): The artwork remains mounted on its wooden stretcher bars and is delivered as a large, fragile freight shipment. It arrives ready to be placed directly onto your wall. Please note that for large-format pieces shipped outside of Switzerland, significant international freight charges apply to this option.
